To celebrate this year’s women’s day, we held a lecture themed ‘Youth Blossoming in Rosy Spring’ as our effort to consolidate favorable mindsets and psychological fitness for our female staff.

We extended our heartfelt regard to all female staff, expressing our gratitude for their industrious devotion and contribution in the whole process of development of Yantai Research Institute.

With ‘Identifying Emotions and Managing Pressures’ as its topic, the lecture delved deeply into origins of stresses, tackling pressures in scientific and correct ways and restructuring cognition in order to let off steam. By above-mentioned methods, we could anticipate a healthier psychological and physiological state after we have our interior inspiration flourished and nourished. All staff shared their experiences and stories before the whole lecture, one that remarkably enlightened all participants, came to close.

It is China’s sincere and utmost expectation that women could become builders of great causes, pioneers of civilization trends and initiators of solid dreams. We believe all our female staff will keep in mind this high hope, stay independent, confident and self-reliant, in a way that would promote high-quality development of Yantai Research Institute, HEU general reform and even modern progress with Chinese characteristics with their feminine spirit and impetus. We will surely witness their glamorous devotion in the said great causes and major accomplishments.
