On June 22, the 2023 Grand Ceremony for Masters' Graduation and Degree Conferral in Yantai Research Institute of Harbin Engineering University was held. More than 740 participants composed of representatives from all walks of life in Yantai, professors and students gathered together to attend this 'Youth Festival'. Masters graduating in 2023 will set sail and embark on new journeys in their lives.

At the ceremony, supervisors, professors of HEU and representatives from cooperative enterprises delivered speeches to express their expectations for these graduates. Later, degree conferral ceremony for all majors are held simultaneously. Presidents and deans of HEU, enterprise mentors and professors awarded diplomas to graduating masters, turned tassels and took group photos with them.
