September 1st, all workforce in Yantai Research Institute gathered to celebrate 70th anniversary for their alma mater with lofty respects and varieties of cultural activities.

In the sunny morning, the campus was alive with flourishing scenery. All faculty and students are celebrating in Yuehai Stadium.

The faculty representative proposed sincere bless for the 70th anniversary, expressing that Yantai Research Institute is a stage brimming with opportunities and chances to display one's talent and will. She hoped students could cultivate their spontaneous ambition in learning and innovation, and forge ahead with broad perspective, academic vision and firm belief.

Freshman representative says he was honored to be admitted in the same year of HEU's 70th anniversary. We everyone on sight are all witnesses of critical moments of our university. We should embrace infinite possibilities in pursuit of our career with courage to challenge extremity, mindset of perseverance and confident composure. He advised all students to hold tight original aspirations, shoulder responsibilities, and set up far-reaching targets by staying studious, outstanding and morally lofty.

College director indicated that Yantai Research Institute would strive to become a hub for integrating industry and education, cultivating professional postgraduate and attracting high-level innovative talents, thus creating a stage for us to reach out for life value. He hoped everyone in Yantai Research Institute could write a new chapter for HEU with youth and intelligence, contributing to social development with ideals and dreams.

Later, all faculty and students in campus collectively watched the Innovation and Development Conference for the 70th anniversary online.

At noon, college director, with two students who celebrated their birthday at the same date with HEU, distributed the anniversary-themed cake to all staff and other students. Everyone at scene burst into excitement through sincere wishes to their alma matar, blessing her with a prosperous future, new achievements and a whole new chapter.
